Ordered fish with Sombrero but got fish with Santa hat..

The order was indeed the graphic with the Santa Hat, and this was also confirmed as correct by you. We’re a bit unsure about the feedback, as we shipped the correct item.
I’ll just say customer service is nonexistent, love the graphics on shirts but shirts are boxy and short. Paid $100 for 3 shirts, so not worth it ~

Order Timing: The customer placed their order on December 16th. At the time, our website clearly displayed a large banner stating that orders placed after December 7th would not arrive by Christmas and our production time is displayed on our website and all email communications.
Shipping Details: The order was processed promptly and shipped on December 20th, within our standard processing times.
Behavior: Unfortunately, we received multiple emails from the customer that included vulgar and threatening language. Despite this, we responded professionally to each email, only for the customer to repeatedly create new email threads to escalate the situation.
Product Quality: The claim that our shirts are 'boxy and short' is not accurate, as evidenced by the customer’s own photos. Our products are designed with quality and fit in mind, and this feedback is inconsistent with the overwhelming majority of reviews we receive.
Price Misrepresentation: The shirts are not priced at $100, and this false statement is misleading.
We strive to provide excellent service and quality products, but we also ask that customers approach concerns respectfully to ensure a constructive resolution. We’re sorry this experience was not positive for the customer but stand by our efforts to address their concerns appropriately.
